Diagnosis (Remote / Physical)
Customers initiate a service request physically or virtually over the phone, WhatsApp or using our repair request form. Then describe the issue in detail. A trained technician then conducts a preliminary diagnosis over the phone

On-Site Collection:
Based on the diagnosis, the customer schedules a convenient time for a technician to collect the device. The technician arrives at the customer's location, collects the device, provides a detailed receipt, and offers a preliminary estimated repair time.

Comprehensive Repair:
The device undergoes a thorough diagnosis at a specialized repair center. Customers receive regular updates on the repair progress. Upon completion, the device is returned to the customer, along with a detailed repair report.
